Free class...woman's self defense

I will be holding a free self defense class. I also love Dakin it's my fav charity... they helped me a lot. I want to return the favor once again, and I will be giving donations. If you have pet toys you can't use you can donate with pet supplies. But no money needed Class starts around 8:15 but you might want to get here earlier. Bring A yoga matt or blanket. Something to drink. Water... Powerade zero sun screen and yourself. You will find me near my car a Nissan 350Z with the same kind of stuff you need to bring. This is weather pending. If it rains or it's too hott outside we as a group will decide what to do. This is a crazy world and you need to know how to effectly protect yourself and shut the attacker down.
