We are looking for reliable Heavy Equipment Operators & Utility Pipe Layers to join our construction team. GPS Dozer Operators must be able to read survey stakes and have the ability to operate according to the stakes and GPS navigation. Demands require experience in heavy civil construction and the ability to work under limited direction and supervision of the Project Manager/Foreman. Previous experience of at least 3 years, must be capable of demonstrating proficiency in operating equipment, have sufficient oral skills to communicate effectively with coworkers and management and good social skills. Off Road Truck Drivers duties and responsibilities are to drive an articulated site truck moving material around on the jobiste. No prior experience necessary. Must be able to communicate effectively and take direction from coworkers & foreman and have good social skills. Utility Pipe Layers must be knowledgeable in safe & efficient proper installation and testing of sanitary sewer, storm, water & conduit piping. Previous experience of at least 2 years, must have good social skills and able to follow instructions given by the pipe foreman. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1) Immediately reports any safety concerns to job foreman and Project Manager. 2) Operates heavy pieces of equipment used to excavate, move, and grade earth. 3) Performing other construction duties as needed. 4) Reports to job foreman Earth Solutions Inc. is drug free work place.
