We are hiring painters with a solid experience in residential and commercial painting, spraying, caulking, etc. The ideal candidate is an excellent painter, knowledgeable of all painting tools, and has experience working in various heights and spaces while observing all safety measures. ** We are looking for painters with great SPRAYING experience ** Responsibilities: - Make on-site preparations such as washing the property, covering windows and doors, etc. - Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint, etc. - Fill cracks and holes with the appropriate materials - Paint surfaces according to instructions with a sprayer, roller, and brush - Take and adhere to all health and safety precautions Skills: - Proven experience as a painter - Great sprayer - Excellent knowledge of painting materials & tools - Solid knowledge of residential & commercial painting techniques - Aptitude for using appropriate tools (brushes, caulking guns, etc.) - Conscientious with great attention to detail - Problem solver What is required from you: - Have at least 3 years of experience in residential and commercial painting/spraying - Have a valid driver's license - Have a good driving record - Be reliable and honest - Have a clean background
