1.Managing the crew 2.Verifying the RFDS, CD’s, Mount Analysis prior to construction and spotting any discrepancies 3.Picking up material and running the inventory 4.Sending the list of missing or wrong material to the Construction Workerager by email 5.Logging in and out to tower owner(s) on a daily basis 6.Logging in and out to customer(s) on a daily basis 7.Running safety meetings with your crew on a daily basis 8.Filling out the JSA on a daily basis 9.Setting up the safety rescue kit near the tower leg on a daily basis 10.Tower climbing 11.Creating the work plan for the day with the Top Climber 12.Assigning tasks from the work plan to your crew members 13.Verifying the performance of your helpers 14.Correcting your Helpers during the work process whenever necessary and on a daily basis 15.Rigging/Tagging 16.Color coding of RF Jumpers 17.Color coding of power jumpers. 18.Color coding of fiber jumpers. 19.Housekeeping of the site compound 20.Housekeeping of the trailer. 21.Organizing the tools in the trailer. 22.Setting up of the safety box. 23.Assemble the RRU’s before installation. 24.Assemble the antennas before installation. 25.Assemble the DC9/DC6/OVP/COVP 26.Preparation of ground wires for RRU’s/DC2/DC9/DC6/OVP/COVP 27.Lift up the equipment on the tower with the capstan 28.Installation of antennas 29.Installation of RRU’s 30.Installation of DC2/DC9/DC6/OVP/COVP 31.Setting up of the azimuth to antennas per RFDS and taking photos for COP 32.Setting up the MDT to antennas per RFDS and taking photos for COP 33.Setting up of the Plumb to antennas per RFDS and taking photos for COP 34.Support of the RF Jumpers with hangers on the tower top 35.Support of the Ground Wires with zip ties on the tower top 36.Taking all the pre-photos from the ground and tower top before construction starts 37.Inspection of the tower and site compound on the first day of on-site arrival 38.Taking post-photos on the ground and tower top after the equipment has been installed 39.Doing the Closeout Package, following the company policy for each site built by you and your crew 40.Relocation of antennas up on the tower 41.Relocation of RRU’s up on the tower Lifting of equipment with capstan up on the tower
