As the Car Wash Field Service Specialist with JBS Industries, you will determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions. You will perform Car Wash site planning, evaluation of car wash cleaning systems, inspection of chemical products, and equipment. You will also proactively recommend products needed to increase customer’s satisfaction by providing chemical testing and training. Other responsibilities of the role include: Travel daily to appointments in and around the tri-state region. Perform new installations and conduct preventative maintenance on Car Wash cleaning systems. Evaluate the effectiveness of the car wash cleaning systems. Test chemical applications and perform volumetric calculations for optimum performance. Remove and install chemical products. Perform checks on mechanical and air systems to ensure proper distribution of chemicals. Train customers on new product lines. Complete paperwork and record detailed notes from each customer visit into CRM. Promote JBS Industries products. Identify opportunities to introduce new products to Car Wash customers. The ideal candidate will be organized, have strong attention to detail, have great customer service, and must be able to meet deadlines with good follow-through. Additional requirements for this position are: 2-year vocational training in Plumbing/HVAC Previous Car Wash pump room experience, preferred. Experience with mechanical troubleshooting. Ability to bend, reach, stoop, kneel, stand for extended periods of time, and be able to lift 50-pound containers on a routine basis. Must have a valid Driver License with a clean driving record and have the ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen.
