Whitestone Hospitality Builders (general contractor) is looking for an experienced commercial framer to complete a 4 story hotel located on the Fort Worth Arlington border. The hotel is 64,000 sqft, wood framed with ZIP sheathing. This is a labor only contract. Framer should include labor and nails in their bid price. Framing will start in mid September. Time on site is 6 weeks. Bids should include: all labor, nails, set in windows, tape ZIP, frame roof and both stairs. Plans available on request.
