I have recently taken in an 11 month old Quaker parrot who needs an experienced owner. She came from a home with children and she started showing signs of being territorial with her cage and herself. I took her in to try to rehab her and she is not getting what she needs with me. I have spoken to rescues and professionals and no one will take her in. Serious inquiries only.
