Description
Social Security Administration has currently stopped my SSI benefits.
They want me to pay back money paid to my SSI from 2020 through 2022.
They are requesting certain financial documents from ME.
Do I have a right NOT to furnish these documents?
I strongly feel that they will use them against me.
I have NO:
Money.
Job. I am unable to work due to my medical conditions/thus SSI benefits.
I have received my 60 day pay / quit, deadline August 9th 2022, from my apartment manager. Fully furnished apartment.
I am being sued for a traffic accident with bodily injury December 14th 2021 AND damage to my van.
Received stop light camera citation for $550 due September 2022.
If they want to file against me, I feel, they should obtain the documents THEMSELVES.???
Am I right? Or am I wrong? Do I have ANY rights? And, I can NOT afford a lawyer PLUS, the lawyers I HAVE talked to will NOT accept this case because NO ONE does over payment issues.
Please, ANY/ALL replies are so GREATLY appreciated.
Thank you for the time reading this.
Sincerely,
Mark in Anaheim.
