I am flipping a house in el Cajon. About 60 feet of retaining wall, starting 36 inches above grade and finishing at zero, will have a staircase in the middle. Remove and replace driveway, 24 x 28. Add patios 10x10, 30 x 12. About 17 stepping stones as shown in the picture, 1/2 of the stones will be 4 feet x 2.5 feet, the others will be 2.5 x 2.5.
