CSC Construction & Remodeling, Inc. is seeking highly motivated construction workers. We are a licensed general contracting firm based in San Diego and perform a variety of repair and remodel services for residential clients. We perform jobs across many trades, and we are expanding and looking for laborers who will work hard and want to expand their skills and grow with our company. We work at a quick pace, and expect a quick learning curve. Our work area covers all San Diego areas as far north as Encinitas, as far south as Imperial Beach & Chula Vista, and as far east as El Cajon. Qualifications: 1 to 2 years’ experience in construction, maintenance and repair procedures, and installation techniques. Must have a vehicle in good working condition, preferably a truck, with up-to-date insurance. Knowledge of stationary and hand-held power tools including table saw, routers and typical rotary blade/bit tools Critical thinking and problem solving skills Need to have excellent communication skills; both written & verbal. Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment is essential Be able to complete tasks in the alloted time. Strong working knowledge of job site safety High standard of integrity and professionalism Ability to use ladders and carry at least 80 pounds Knowledge of building materials pertinent to industry standards Must have valid driver’s license. Must pass on-the-job demonstration. Own basic tools. Neat, clean appearance, professional, punctual and reliable What we offer: Weekly payroll schedule. Bonuses offered for specific projects.
