need help finishing off a deck, it's probably 3-4 days' worth of work. I can pay hourly or bye the job however you prefer. I am not looking for a laborer, you must be able to asses' issues, work Independently, and be self-motivated. I have plenty of work so the possibility of long-term employment is there if all works out.
