Found black and white cat! NE 21st and Hoyt

I found this cat sitting in the middle of the road. She seems pretty dirty but friendly towards humans. Actually, I’m not sure if she’s male or female yet! She’s white and black with white stomach and paws. Has a black dot on her face. Please contact me if you know her!
