I work from 6am-3pm currently and my hours are about to change to 10hr days. Daycares don’t open early enough for me to get to work on time, I need someone that can be here early or at least late morning until I get off work. My grandma watches my 3 yr old son currently, but she gets worn out. I do have an extra room that can be used if you need to be a live in nanny. You can smoke out in the back but not inside.
