Description
Experience in blown-in wall insulation through exterior walls required, and with access to necessary equipment.
Two story house built in 1964 and is standard 2x4 construction with stucco covering 90% of exterior walls (small section has redwood siding). Due to interior finishes, the blown-in insulation must be through the exterior walls -- drill, fill, patch. Must have necessary skill to patch stucco and match texture so drilled holes aren't visible.
House is 2800 sq. ft with standard 8' interior ceilings. Calculated square footage of walls to be insulated is 1100 sq. ft. The entire length of the back of the house has a balcony so it can be easily accessed without ladders. Front of house will require use of either ladders or scaffolding (I have a fiberglass ladder of necessary height if needed).
Happy to work with you on timing, weekends are fine, doing the job over a number of days, etc. I'm pretty flexible.
If interested, email me with your full quote for the job (don't email just saying "call me").
Look forward to hearing from you.
Thanks
