Timeline: Week of July 24 - July 31 Option 1 - Scope of work - $1,000 -------- - Remove and re-install shower door - Remove and replace prefabricated shower pan - Remove and replace one row of tiles (the tiles on top of the shower pan going around the shower) - Disposal of all materials Option 2 - Scope of work - $1,500 -------- - Remove and re-install shower door - Remove prefabricated shower pan - Tile shower 3' x 5' shower floor - Remove and replace one row of tiles (the tiles on top of the shower pan going around the shower) - Disposal of all materials
