Timeline: Week of July 24 - July 31 Job 1 - Scope of work - $400 -------- - Remove and replace window (size is 71" x 71") - Apply flashing - Apply sealant - Apply spray foam insulation - Add weep holes - Add trim - Re-stucco exterior - Disposal of all materials Job 2 - Scope of work - $300 -------- - Remove and replace window (size is 35" x 71") - Apply flashing - Apply sealant - Apply spray foam insulation - Add weep holes - Add trim - Re-stucco exterior - Disposal of all materials
