Need skid steer or tractor to re-park "tiny house" aka RV

I have a "tiny house on wheels" aka an RV that needs to be reoriented on the property. There's just not enough room to get the correct angle with a normal pickup truck. So I'm thinking a skid steer or tractor. You'll need some way to attach a 2 5/16" ball hitch. Willing to buy the hitch if you have a way of attaching it. Rough total weight is probably 20k pounds, tongue weight is around 4500 lbs. Total length with tongue is 34 feet. It needs to be pulled out of its current spot at an angle and then backed back into a better position.There's 17 feet between the end of the tongue and the neighboring fence (see photo). Cars & bins will be removed from the area. If you seem sketchy or tweaky, I reserve the right to bow out, as this is everything I own.
