Personnel Source is currently seeking a Production Line Operator to fill an opening with a leading plastic pipe manufacturer located in Washougal, WA. The ideal candidate should be able to work on a team and independently and have a basic knowledge of hand tools.
Requirements of the Production Line Operator
- Be able to lift up to 60lbs consistently
- Previous production experience preferred
- Have a basic knowledge of hand tools
Benefits of the Production Line Operator
- $19.00 to $19.75 per hour + overtime

Responsibilities of the Production Line Operator
- Make sure pipe is secure and locked in place
- Cut and tie pipe from staging area
- Load banded pipe onto pallet
- Operate hand and power tools to grind and cute pipe to specifications
- Safely and accurately load and unload deliveries made and received by the company
Shift Schedule of the Production Line Operator:
- Monday - Friday + Expected Overtime
- Day Shift: 7:00am to 3:30pm
- Swing Shift: 3:00pm to 11:30pm
- Graveyard Shift: 11:30pm - 7:30am
New Hire Schedule: 8hr days for first two weeks of training. Shift times will vary to include mandatory overtime thereafter.
Note: Boots must be impact resistant – steel toed (or plastic composite equivalent)
Must have slip resistant soles.
Must be made of work-boot style leather uppers (no gym-shoe or hiking boot styles).
Protective footwear requires ankle support (extended over the ankle).
Must be lace up boots – this will ensure additional support.
