Join our current maintenance team in providing a fun and rewarding living experience each day to our residents! **Ask about our $500 Sign-On Bonus and Employee Referral Program as well as our deep career advancement program!** As a Maintenance Assistant, your contributions to the team may include: -Perform repairs and do preventative maintenance on mechanicals -Prepare rooms for new residents -Demonstrate effective interpersonal relationships, we are a people first company and we care about our co-workers and residents! -Strong attention to detail and effective time management Qualifications and Requirements: -Knowledge of and/or ability to learn the theory and practice of facilities and operations systems management in an assisted living and dementia care community -Ability to maintain resident confidentiality -Knowledge and/or ability to learn federal, state, and local regulations -Must meet all health requirements, including acceptable results on TB screen. -Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a willingness to obtain the vaccine -Must pass a state mandated background check Other cool stuff you might want to know: -Competitive pay, excellent benefits (medical/dental/vision/401k/tuition assistance and more!), and an enjoyable work/life balance.
