We are a growing Residential Construction company in Kirkland, WA, serving King and Snohomish counties, seeking the right candidate for a Skilled laborer to join our team. The right candidate will be prompt, organized, friendly, and motivated. We specialize in interior and exterior remodels and will be looking for a well-rounded person. Job Description & Responsibilities: • Demo/job site prep • Light framing • Dump runs • Jobsite cleanup • Work with and educate carpenters • Follow construction safety guidelines • Participate in company meetings/job updates • Move at an efficient pace to complete project timelines Requirements: • No experience needed • Driver's License • Personal tools encouraged • Reliable transportation • Verbal communication skills • Works well as part of a team as well as independently • Prompt and timely • Hygienic and clean • Friendly and professional • Able to maintain a high standard for time management • Attention to detail and accuracy • Willing and able to commit to and adapt with our growing company Job Type: Full-time Pay: per hour DOE
