We are looking for journeyman painters/crew leaders and or a full crew. Even painter helpers with less than 2 years’ experience. Ability to lead a crew of 4-10+ painters on high level residential and commercial projects. We have a range of projects with a focus on larger HOA's Communities, commercial space, and apartments. We’re looking for non-bias honest professionals with a good work ethic to join the business with the skills to work as a team or independently and follow instructions on all our projects. Pay: Based on experience: Bring your current paycheck, and we'll start you with a raise! - Painters with 3+yrs experience; $22 - $27 per hour - BOE *Sign on Bonus: $500 - after 2mo Journeymen / Lead Painter Crew Leader $25-$30 - BOE *Sign on Bonus: $600-$1000 - after 2mo (to be determined at interview) Bring your own crew and receive a bonus per employee in addition to their own sign on bonus (to be determined at interview) We offer: -Livable wages -Bonuses -Referral payouts -Hiring bonuses -Other company benefits/perks -Foreman receive bonuses on all completed projects to budget (details in interview) -Foreman perks may also include company vehicle, gas allowance, and more Requirements: -Reliable transportation -Smart phone w/data -Responsible, honesty, caring, work ethic are traits we also value. Experience in the following is preferred: -Customer service skills -Painting of exterior, residential, commercial, HOA -Spray, Brush and roll applications -Prep; Priming, Sanding, Caulking -Masking experience, including the use of both paper and film -Clean practices, including lead safe containment -Considerate/pre-rinse Gentle Pressure washing -Deck stripping and flood coat staining. -Must be able to work off all ladder heights up to 40'+ and maneuver them as well -Carry 50 lbs -Must be able to read a paint can and follow the instructions, work independently occasionally -We are a non-bias company who thoroughly enjoy diversity, our goal is to hire nice people that are here to help!
