Compensation is HOURLY PLUS WEEKLY PERFORMANCE BONUSES. Earning potential (performance bonus) is based on the productivity of the installer and quality of their work. We currently have openings for experienced Installers on our Residential Fire Sprinkler team for multifamily and single family production homes. There are openings for experienced Fitters. Fire Sprinkler experience preferred, but will consider candidates with plumbing experience. Attitude is everything! A successful candidate will: Have a valid CA DL and reliable transportation Have residential fire sprinkler or plumbing installation experience We work with local and regional builders such as; KB Home, Toll Brothers, Taylor Morrison, Pacific Communities, Meritage, Homebound and many others.
