I only use my absolutely amazing space approx 60% of the time. I'm looking for the right engineer or producer who can use a fully functional well built well tuned wonderful sounding recording studio loaded with vintage analog gear and modern digital gear about a week or two per month. avail from 10am to 10pm. (schedule negotiable) why get a 5-8k dollar lease then do a 200k build out just to struggle to book it 50% of the time if you don't have to?
