It is wonderfully cool in the summer time. The entrance is street-level, has its own separate entrance, and is separated from the home via a locked door. There is easy street parking right outside. This would be ideal for someone who wants to have a quiet workspace away from their own home (ah, remote work!), for someone in need of an office to see clients, or an art studio. There are 2 rooms and a bathroom (including a shower!). One room is 13x14 and the other is 10x11. There are large windows in the first room and a bench to sit outside. The place is currently furnished as a 1 bedroom and the furniture can remain or be unfurnished. I am the home owner and usually reside in the bottom space as my residence. I will be moving to London to apply for my UK visa.
