Full Time OR Part Time; MONDAY - FRIDAY: DONE BY NOON JOB SUMMARY: Performs a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance, lawn bowl greens maintenance and grounds maintenance at various Recreation Centers of Sun City, Inc. (RCSC) locations. Job Work Days/Shift: Full Time: 4am -12noon Monday-Friday; OR Part Time: 6am -12noon Monday-Thursday and 6am-11am Friday POSITION REQUIREMENTS: • Related golf course maintenance, grounds maintenance and/or commercial landscaping experience; and/or • Any equivalent combination of experience, training, and or education which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position. • Ability to operate various types of machinery and tools including, but not limited to, chain saws, riding and walk behind mowers, verticutters, lawn rollers, tractors, top dressers, moisture meters, trimmers, blowers, pole saws, vacuums, jack hammers, chemical sprayers, mechanics hand tools, shovels, picks, wheelbarrows, hoes and brooms. • Demonstrated experience in adjusting electronic irrigation timers for watering. • Ability to lift and manipulate up to 35 pounds and to seek help and/or provide assistance to others with any object(s) over that weight. • Ability to work in all types of weather.
