ISO Young dog or Puppy

I’m looking for a young dog (preferably younger than 18 months) or a puppy; medium or larger sized breed, but otherwise breed doesn’t matter to me. My intention is to find a dog that would be my service animal, per severe CPTSD. My budget is extremely tight; life has not been kind to me this month. I can not afford $150-$200 rehoming fees right now. I do have a six year old Maine coon/rag doll mix, so hoping my future helper can be friendly with her; she’s very skittish and shy, as she was rescued from an abusive home.
