I have some misc. house projects and more with great pay

Just looking for someone trustworthy and reliable. -(Above all this is the most important criteria) - I am in need of a few different people with unique skill sets for a particular projects or if you have an ability to learn to help with some projects. Some pay hourly up to $30.00 an hour depending on your experience and skill, especially efficiency and others I can do by the bid.. Bid jobs are based on $20.00 to $30.00 an hour for an average tradesman depending on the project. So if you work at a rate above average your going to make more money as you should because you can complete a project faster than book time. The projects I have available are: I have a trimming interior project.. doors, baseboards, and window trim I have painting projects (interior and exterior) Just painting trim I have misc. handy person repairs.. drywall repair, paint, screens, trim, and just lots of misc. Anything basically to due with a residential house. I have a few roofing projects. $2000.00 cash labor ( must get or have insurance, plus own tools and crew) I have mechanical repair projects- brake lines, brakes, fuel tank cleaning, body work replacing fenders, ect and other misc. small engine projects as well. Must have own tools. I have a vehicle dismantling project. Must have own tools and some automotive experience. I have grading projects if you have a great deal of experience grading. I have project I need someone to drive a dump truck back and forth from gravel pit to project. Must have CDL license and very clean driving record. I have a rollback and need someone who is reliable and can do towing on notice. I have some cleaning and eviction clean out projects. I have some welding and fabrication projects. Building a saw mill for over 400 logs I have to mill into 2x4s. Next is a rock crusher. I have some tree removal and tree trimming projects. I sold the bucket truck but hope to have a new one soon. I have a concrete projects. I have a pole barn project. I have numerous other projects as well, just too many to list. I can pay cash at the end of the day if communicated ahead of time when first starting or definitely pay cash for small one or two day projects when completed. I know times can be tough and I am willing to help because after all your helping me. I base pay based on your skills and competency, especially efficiency.
