Assist maintenance personnel with tasks and fill in on their days off. Duties include rolling dumpsters to curb, lawn care, pool cleaning and chemical testing. Other duties include some cleaning and janitorial type work in certain areas. Must work well with people and have skills in handy man type repairs.
