Vaulted ceiling drywall finish and paint

Looking for someone experienced in drywall to finish a vaulted ceiling about 16-17 feet high at its peak. Also would like to change the light fixtures. The drywall that's already there hasn't been sanded and it's partially textured and I want it to be smooth. Just getting quotes right now. I still have to clear out the clutter for room to work.
