Producer/Mixer with Pro Home Studio Looking for Projects

Hi there! I have a pro-home studio suitable for recording most instruments (recording an acoustic drum set is possible but difficult). Fully treated, strong collection of professional audio gear (much of it vintage and/or modified) and about 12 years of experience. My studio is capable of tracking but is probably better optimized for mixing and to a lesser degree mastering. Photos attached. The goal here is to find people and/or projects that would benefit from studio time. I'm happy to give my time away or partner with songwriters/bands/etc. on projects that strike my interest. I'm not out here trying to hustle a couple hundred bucks a session. I just want to see local talent get an opportunity to make professional/commercial quality recordings. I like pretty much anything. RnB, Rap, EDM, Electronica, Rock (especially punk), Jazz, Blues... Really doesn't matter to me as long as the project is strong.
