Is it just us or does everyone agree that NOTHING good ever happens when it’s this hot. If you don’t believe us just ask anyone who used to live on Venus. The fact that the population of death Valley California (The hottest place on earth )is just shy of four souls (that includes the metro plex, Thefinancial district, all the suburbs Burroughs perishes, The glass making district, The pizza oven district, the welding district, the kiln district… We could go on). According to our many years of research humans Don’t do supper well in exstreem heat. More crime is committed in the hot summer months etc. etc. the fact that our phone has been ringing off the hook this week and last (Our guess were not alone in that respect)Tells us a lot of people have allowed their tempers to get the best of them. We haven’t lost our mind. we know this is not an advice column but a post seeking worker(s) for our landscape design business.Rather than setting ourselves up for,yet,more misery,disapointment and resentment.We suggest that everyone take a deep breath and think before they speak/act in a way they are going to regret once they cool /calm down and realize the mess they have gotten themselves into. Word to the wise we would rather you not respond(so would our clients)if you plan to.arrive (if you even bother)and present yourself with arrogance,devoid Of any kind of respectful behavior.In ability to take direction.We are happy to Make Do with what we have before we decided to baby sit all day.If your planning to spend more time on cell phone you got another thing coming.Attend to your own business before you attempt to help us with ours. We are not asking much. Those are our rules.It’s rude as heck.Were not seeking people who are the v e r y l a s t out of the truck.We are not looking for people who are planning to do the VERY least they can attempting to drag out the clock to get as little done in the most amount of time possible.we have been doing this far too long.If that describes you?pass on our post.There are plenty of other post from business/people unfamiliar,unprepared for?.....We are fair and honest but were not chumps.Please don’t call thinking because the barrel is empty that you’ll have success demanding hourly wages that (IF you WERE making you should have stayed at the gig/job you had)you can’t pay enough an hour to cure lazy.Our clients,how shall we say,have made it very clear that we would be wise to strive for acquiring better judgement skills when it comes to hiring people.Please bring your a game.Were are great place to work. We try to have fun. We are fair respectful honest........and seasoned as (&%$# when it comes to person’s who have none of those qualities/skills and can spot them a mile away.They usually are the ones who REFUSE to fallow even the simplest of request.When we say no text only hires.....that means Not sending a text from an area code somewhere in North Carolina wanting info/address to job site.Be someone else’s follish mistake.Our lame attempts at humor unfortunately come at a price.They are viewed as week by the preditors(sacammer jammers),an easy target(at first).They are also seen as intriguing (AND lame as heck) By those,yet, untainted.Workers with the best of intentions ones possessing a little humility.If they should even possesses a few good qualities as far as work ethics.(responsible,reliability,honesty)unfortunately they wont last long before they are snapped up and given treatment few among us will ever enjoy/know.Positions in society reserved for only those A list celebrities,anyone that has an address with the word palace in it,have currency/flag with their likeness on it or if your families last name is Christ....do you get our drift?It should not be that rare to find all or most of those qualities in Someone.You may not choose to posess them out side work on your own time but you must make every effort to while your on our time.This kind of work is not for everyone.When you arrive please posses some degree of heat tolerance. We will know at first site by your appearance wheather or not you should be there by the way your dressed People wear spotless white tennis shoes casual wear more suited for drinks at the country club then good ventilation in supper warm weather. Please,We won’t tollerate drugs(while your working)again, there are,we’re confident,other gigs posted where drugs are prohibited.Don’t get us started!!!!Our state may be known as the stonner criminal state to many But most of our clientele are not ready,just yet, to surrender to the inevitable I have run out of excuses trying to convince clients that what they think they smell is not what they think they smell. Enough to attempt to gain entry into our vehical for a closer sniff.Be someone else’s nightmare.If you plan to arrive Like the guy,yesterday, did so high he had trouble keeping his ballance(while sitting)with the stench of hemp so intense that any person driving or walking with in 30 feet of our vehical would not be able to pass a sobriety test.Then be prepaid to call your ride 19 minutes after you landed to come back and retrieve you.Don’t worry we are not those people who will attempt to get hours of work out of someone Stoned before realizing its fare more trouble than it’s worth and say your too high we are not going to pay you.Youll be paid for every second your with us.We wont let it go that long if it’s clear your under the influence.Our sniffer should be employed at the boarder or the ____enforcement.We are not perfect either.there is a time and a place for everything.4054085089.No 405 area codes.If your with another business in the landscape industry. No need to call impersonating someone who is seeking work in an attempt to gain info/potential job site addresses/names.Just tell me who you are what you would like to know if you should find a person that is worth the 50 cents more your paying to aquire their services?were happy for you.Lastly we know most are going to angry with the post.Most are going to feel a little like the burglar who arrives to learn that every way he is familure with gaining entry.Have been addressed.This enrages the scammer jammers.thats not our entent(which is a red flag in and of itself)Were going to be picky.Thanks again for your interest
