DoodyCalls LLC an affiliate of Authority Brands Inc, is seeking a Field Operations Manager to work with the General Manager at the DoodyCalls Retails store to provide overall management and team direction for the retail territories and responsible for the successful operation of the business. Responsibilities: Provides overall management and team direction for the DoodyCalls Retail Territories. Responds to client requests, complaints, problems, and new client inquiries within allotted time commitment (within 24 hours for problem resolutions; 1-2 hours for a Organizes, develops, manages, and assigns routes to team members. Provides backup to Field Technicians as required to meet client needs and ensure assigned routes are Resolves waste issues with communities and other involved parties. Executes client account setup and maintenance in addition to other systems data entry as needed. Meets with new customers to develop relationships, gain approval for service and/or installation, and provide advice. Performs field work 20% of the time. Responsible for Administrative Operations of the business Monitors supplies, orders and receiving as required. Ensures purchases are received and organized in the stockroom. Works with landlord on office needs: space, utilities, repairs, and trash; assists in negotiating office lease. Works with trash disposal company or designated representative to establish appropriate dumpster access, schedule, and deodorizing program schedule. Manages information systems hardware and software needs. Develops operations policies and guidelines. Manages budget, revenues, and Responsible for compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Provides leadership, direction, and development for the team. Participates in interviews, conducts background checks, and determines who to extend an offer of employment. Conducts spot checks to determine performance and service level provided by team members. Provides performance feedback and training. Ensures all employees meet or exceed performance expectations. Prepares and processes payroll timesheets; distributes payroll checks, dispenses rewards and recognition such as gift cards. Ensures new team members are properly trained. Provides coaching and feedback for team members. Completes other tasks and assignments as required. Qualifications: High School diploma and three years of relevant experience or BS Degree Experience in an operations-based position that includes personnel supervision, payroll processing, work assignments, employee relations and issues. Knowledge of business operations and functionality desired. Experience in personnel training and development desired. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word and Excel) essential. Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and applications in the business environment.
