Vacant air conditioned first floor apartment. All material stocked and inside the unit. Hang and finish 11 boards, 4x8 on ceiling. Furred out with 1x3 furring strips, 16" on center and ready now. Drywall lift and rolling scaffold available inside unit. Prefer to have this work done ASAP. Paying $45 per board, $495 total, hung, finished, sanded, ready to paint. The other units are occupied so work must be done between 8 AM and 8 PM to avoid disturbing the tenants. Weekend OK.
