Description
Looking for part to full time “Growspace Assistant”, approx. 30 hours/week to work in our hydroponic facility in Lake Bluff where we grow herbs, microgreens, and lettuces indoors.
NO SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Your job will include:
-seeding plants in fresh dirt
-moving flats from rack to rack
-harvesting/prepping greens for our farmers market and restaurants
-Checking our water levels, refilling nutrients
Requirements
-Reliable schedule
-Following a specific to do list
-Lift/hold up to 20lbs
-Be on your feet most of the day
-Prefer you working Saturday-Wednesday with Thursday and Friday off; approx 10-4/5pm. Open to different two days off but not flexible on time of day.
Pay:
-Two week trial at $13/hour cash weekly; then $15/hour payroll autopaid every two weeks. Time includes paid 30min lunch break.
