We are an established roofing and siding company looking for Field Managers and Repair Technicians. *You will be given a vehicle, a gas card, phone, and safety equipment. *Hand tools, roofing, and vinyl siding experience are required for this positions. *This is a full time positions, 8 hours a day, Monday through Friday year round. *Day starts when you leave your driveway in the morning. *Benefits include PTO, Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, and 401k. *Paid Holiday's off Major Responsibilities for Field Manager. • Follows field procedures regarding material returns, workmanship, time sheets, builder job supervisor and homeowner communications, site cleanup, and safety. • Maintains effective relationships, communications, and follow-up with builders, homeowners, and employees. • Anticipates and resolves roadblocks and other issues. • Completes paperwork completely, accurately, and timely. Major Responsibilities for Repair Tech. • Completes work orders on open jobs and repairs on older communities in a high quality manner, on a timely basis, works safely, cleans up the site effectively, and maximizes Customer satisfaction. • Ensures that service/repair jobs are completed as scheduled, and informs field supervisor if appointments are missed and/or to be rescheduled. • Spends their day productively and informs their supervisor when they need more work or has more than they can handle currently. • Informs supervisor of materials and subcontractor problems related to a job, and recommends subcontractor charge-backs, when appropriate. • Completes paperwork completely, accurately, and timely.
