Currently looking for a property maintenance personnel/Handyman in the Hartford, CT & Hamden, CT area. Someone that does repairs from changing locks, to drywall, fixing/changing faucets, plumbing, masonry, painting etc. We are looking for someone for a minimum of 4 hours weekly at $20 per hour. Job will exceed 4 hours weekly as this is for a total of 6 properties. This person will be in charge of lawn mowing, snow removal and simple clean up.
