"WARNING" this notice is for anyone thinking about buying furniture from Ashley furniture. google Ashley furniture complaints and read the horror stories. i bought a sofa chaise from them. when it was delivered it had a stain on the ottoman. i called them and after many hours on the phone and dozens of e-mails they sent a tech. out to my house to clean it. the ottoman was still wet when the tech. left. but when the fabric dried the stain was still there. i called them again and after hours of phone calls and more e-mails they said they would send me a replacement "PART". Im thinking im getting a new ottoman. Replacement part arrives and it is a cover for the ottoman. How does a cover get rid of the stain. And by the way the ottoman doesn't have a cover because the cushion from the sofa extends out over the ottoman. Now Ashley furniture does not respond to my phone calls or e-mails. i even e-mailed the headquarters of Ashley furniture and have had no response from them either. This is a company that literally takes the money and runs. Please do your research on Ashley furniture before making a purchase from them.
