First Court is looking for 24 fair-minded, outgoing people, *ONLY* from central Kansas counties,{Russell, Pratt, Harper, Grant, Ellsworth, and Kingman]for an Online via Zoom Jury Trial. This trial will be held on Tuesday, August 9th, 2022 from 8:30AM - 5:00PM Central time. We are paying $225 for participation. . Participants MUST have a computer/laptop with a webcam and high speed internet. Sorry, but Smartphones and IPads do NOT WORK FOR THIS PROJECT. Candidates who are fairly tech savvy are preferred. We need people who can listen to lawyers' arguments and witnesses and then tell us what they think. The objective of the project is to get honest feedback on the facts of a real lawsuit case by individuals in the area where the case originated. We can only select individuals who live in the Central Kansas counties listed. Any candidates who are interested should contact Judy.
