**$500 sign-on bonus, must work 90 days to receive.** Part-time or full-time hours available. Maintains all aspects of building and equipment. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently, have good work habits, and have the ability to communicate with co-workers. Description: -Some knowledge of electric, plumbing, and air systems -Plow Snow -Cut Grass -Paint -Change lightbulbs -Move furniture and equipment -Clean -Use a power washer -Help Implement preventive maintenance schedule -Must have some computer skills, specifically in excel and word -Performs repairs using lockout/tagout procedures -Must have a valid drivers license with no/minimal citations -Plan and implement maintenance of store grounds to include snow removal, grass cutting, painting, etc. -Perform such other duties in connection with the job that may be assigned by management
