OCS is looking to hire a team member that has many years of experience with top tier projects as well as display great leadership qualities with a team on site. Project are everything from new construction to existing repaints and also some commercial work. Being highly motivated and organized will be key qualities that are looked for. An Ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively updating the General Manager and Directing a team. Bonus Offer $7500 Job duties would be as follows: -Standard cut and roll for wall finishes -High quality fine finish woodwork spray out -Stain and clear coating trim -on site management of jobsites with teams of employees -Coordination of materials and tools on-site -Maintaining company standards of cleanliness and job safety -Interacting with project managers and client in the field if necessary This position is for someone who is looking to build a future and solid foundation for years to come *Bonus terms: Bonuses offered for a limited time only Bonuses are only applicable to specific job types and shifts; additional terms and conditions may apply Associates must be employed at the time of the payout.
