Found black & white small cat with black nose

Found cat near the corner of Varnum St & Mass Ave, anyone know who this is and if they have a home? We moved into the area back in April and have seen this cat around a lot, particularly recently. They're very friendly, a bit skinny, and seemed pretty hungry & thirsty. Not Charlie, we've already checked.
