SHORT TERM Admin Coordinator for Clinical Study

Need outgoing administrative coordinators that will coordinate and interface with clinical study participants for an upcoming clinical study being conducted in West Des Moines. If selected, your support will be needed on the following days: August 19 & 20, August 31, Sept 20, Oct 20, Nov 19, Jan 18 and Feb 17. These are 10 hour days. Rate is $225/day plus overtime, if a particular day goes beyond the 10 hours. Ideal candidates are outgoing, good communicator, organized, reliable (must be able to make all of the above dates), ethically honest (you’ll be part of the on-site clinical study team), able to follow instructions from the lead researcher, and have a true passion to help people improve their health and fitness. In addition to the above dates, you will need to be available to attend one 10-hour day on either Aug 11, 12, or 13 for orientation and training, paid at full day rate. Plus, you will be contacting and coordinating next appointments with the study participants via email and phone in between the above dates, which will be compensated hourly at rate of $22.50/hour. You will do the contact work remotely from your location and we will provide you with temporary cell phone and email for these activities. The remote work is anticipated to be approx. 10-15 hours per month over the 6 month study duration. The project is being led by a team of international highly acclaimed doctors and researchers.
