People are encouraged by the Humane Society and rescue agencies to charge a rehoming fee on animals. This discourages people from taking kittens and selling them to labs for experimental purposes or using them for snake or dog food. I think it's a very good idea. Sorry you don't agree. Same goes for rehoming dogs. The rehoming fee doesn't make it worth it to sell the animal to a lab and, hopefully, discourages people who collect dogs to be used as bait in training fighting dogs. But, you already knew that, didn't you? You're just looking for an arguement. And, btw, if you think this area is so "dumb", what are you doing living here? Move! It's really pretty easy. Save up your $$, pack your shit and don't let the door hit you in the *ss on your way out. We don't need or want your negative attitude here. Nor do we need people who can't afford to pay $15 for a kitten! Lol
