Description
If you are a peri- or postmenopausal woman age 40-67 and:
•Experienced changes in your menstrual cycle within the past five years
•Currently experiencing significant menopause-related symptoms such as hot flashes
•Feeling down or depressed
•Not currently taking antidepressants or hormone therapy
You may be eligible for a research study at Massachusetts General Hospital evaluating how a medication treats menopausal depression and other symptoms of menopause.
Women who participate will receive study medication and evaluations of their mood at no cost and will be compensated up to $390 over the course of the 16-week study.
