An ideal candidate should be familiar with the following: - Reliable transportation - Ability to manage job site directly, with flexibility to adjust to scheduling - Clear communication skills towards clients and internal company office teams - Abide by current jobsite codes and policies - Strong working knowledge of carpentry, electrical, siding types and roofing. - Ability to use various jobsite tools and technology - Print/diagram reading/ interpretation or interpretation of installation instructions - Basic jobsite arithmetic and measurement ability - (Preferred) Specific experience with James Hardie products We are interested in a leader(s) with a clean driving record, can pass a background check and can work independently within field guidelines.
