Tekton Construction Management, LLC located in Coeur d’Alene, ID is looking for an Assistant Superintendent to join our team. We specialize in high-end custom homes with a locked in build schedule. A successful candidate must have the ability to supervise and manage projects on a detail-oriented basis, produce quality work and have the ability to self-manage and manage multiple projects. You will oversee all phases of the project from initial planning to completion. We are seeking someone who possesses excellent communication skills and the ability to work with individuals at various levels of the company. Responsibilities to include but are not limited to: - Schedule and coordinate subcontractors - Have the ability to supervise/manage multiple projects - Promote Job Site Safety - Preform monthly safety meetings - Produce and maintain construction schedule - Have the ability to read construction drawings - Schedule and manage employees and subcontractors and their scope of work per plans and specs Required Qualifications: - Organizational skills are critical - Time management skills - Must have residential construction experience
