Denver CO

Description

Install LED Lighting, hustle work, must have some electrical experience. We need 1 or 2 people now for night work, plus lots more work coming up. The pay is piece rate with a $19/hour floor. In other words you will make $19 or higher. What this job requires most is hard work. But it's not hard work like concrete work or hot tar roofing. It's hard as in long distance running. If you are a natural high-energy person, this could be perfect for you. The right kind of guy can make good money at this. I define "good money" as on an average night $250 per worker, multiply by 1.5 for a working foreman. On an above average night, 350/500. But this money doesn't happen the first week. It's like if you bench press 100, you can eventually bench press 250, but not overnight. But if you work steady at this job and have good hand/eye coordination, you can be up to speed in maybe 5-7 days. So about the task itself: you take out the existing bulbs and brackets, cut two wires, install the LED kit with your cordless drill and self drilling screws, attach two wires, then close it up, move the ladder or lift, and do it again, all night long. There are many variations on this theme. It doesn't require complicated electrical skills, but you will be stripping wire, using wire nuts, and simple things such as that. Construction background is helpful but not mandatory. I'm interviewing Saturday and Sunday at a Denver Starbucks, location TBA. Tell me a thing or two about yourself in your response, and we can talk on the phone too. But I'm from the older generation so like to meet people face to face. :) Thanks Jeff
