Full Job Description Our Mission: Our mission at Paradise Outdoor Design & Landscaping is to create an outdoor paradise our clients can enjoy with family and friends. Working Hours: A commitment to full working hours (40-55 hrs/week) Monday-Friday. (Saturdays if weather delayed) Responsibilities: Working, hands on leader, overseeing 3-to-4-person installation crew. Maintain excellent job site quality, appearance and safety. Manage the coordination of all materials, people, equipment and subcontractors required to produce quality work. Meet expected goals on each project. Make sure that production rates are being met along with client needs. Promote efficiency and maintain quality workmanship. Hands-on training and support of crew members, including proper operation of equipment, safety, and quality standards. Company Practices and Policies: Ensure a safe environment for employees, customers and the general public. Implement and enforce company procedures, and values related to proper upkeep and maintenance, storage, use, and training required for all equipment Implement, teach, and enforce best management practices. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 4 years of experience within the landscape installation industry. Clean Driver’s License Experience in – Paver patios, water features, stone and block retaining walls, irrigation, lighting, tree and plant installation, etc.. Must be a self-starter and can see the big picture as well as the small details. Good people skills and a likeable person Benefits and Perks: Competitive Starting Wage $24 - $28 per hour – Based on experience Eligible for Bonus Program 6 paid holidays 1 week paid vacation after 1 year
