Horse Farm Help Needed

Looking for horse farm help. Feeding horses & cleaning 10+ stalls a day. This job is very flexible and could be worked around school or other job schedule. 7 Days a week available but if you can only work certain days, someone else can cover the others. Ideally, I'd love to find a Mon-Fri person and a weekend person. You MUST be okay working alone, and be a self starter. Many times you will be the only person in the barn. This is not a social or team environment job. I've had people who've worked as little as 15 hours a week and 3 hours a day that just did feeding and stall/barn cleaning... then I've had some who worked closer to full time hours that did fencing, and more hands on work with the horses and tractor work. Main thing I need is someone who is DEPENDABLE and can be here early AM to beat the heat for morning feedings. This is the same work everyday regardless if it's 96 degrees or 6 degrees. Rain and storms, or bad weather does not mean no work that day. Pay is $12-15 hr depending on experience and abilities and this IS a W-2 job! No under the table pay. Must be 18 yrs or older. Benefits available: PTO, 401K, medical insurance, flexible spending accounts... for those who work 35+ hours a week (after 90 days). Located in Oliver Springs,TN so consider this before applying.
