Cat Rescue Help Needed

I am not in Washington State, but I know of a horrible situation with some cats that desperately need help. There are 6-8 tame and semi-tame cats who have showed up at my relatives property- all are pregnant or have kittens. He is going to poison them if I can't find a rescuer to help. He has called the humane Society and every cat rescue- no one will do low cost spay/neuters and no one will help trap the cats. Suffering will continue if someone does not help or he is just going to poison them. The Humane Society just told him this morning to eradicate them. I will help with spay/neuter cost and I will come get them if I can find trapping help and help with getting them to spay neuter. Can anyone help? The cats are all healthy. There are numerous tiny babies to teenagers. Please, can someone help?
